• Developed coordinated 3D models (Architectural, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection) using Revit, Coohom, compliant with Ontario Building Code (OBC) for personal service shops and restaurants. • Prepared permit-ready 2D drawing sets and documentation for municipal building permit applications. • Performed material quantity takeoffs and cost estimates • Supported project scheduling and planning concurrently using Primavera P6. • Coordinated with municipal inspectors, clients, and landlords, assisting with on-site renovation works and trade coordination. • Assisted with on-site renovation works, including drywall installation, painting, washroom construction, fixture installation, and trade coordination support for plumbing and electrical systems
